ADVERTISING & PROMOTION (Senior Staff / Manager)

The Responsibilities:

* Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products, working with company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
* Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development. Assist with annual budget development.
* Prepare and negotiate advertising contracts with the bank, magazine, newspaper, supplier
* Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
* Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, and media
* Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
* Confer with department heads and/or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised
* Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns
* Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff and customers.
* Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a sales campaign team to advance sales campaign goals.
* Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for the company.
* Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.
* Train and direct workers engaged in developing and producing advertisements.
* Coordinate with the media to disseminate advertising.

Requirements:
* A minimum 2-5 years experience in similar position in the retail or hospitality industry.
* Graduated with a bachelor degree from reputable university
* Fluent in written & spoken English
* Posses excellent knowledge & skills in :
o Promotion, Sales & Marketing and Public Relation
o Computer knowledge / graphic designs tools.
* Excellent in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Able to multi task and juggle multiple deadlines
